What is the Customer Care Payment Portal ?
Customer Care Payment Portal is a customer portal for users of Carestream Dental practice management systems products. Currently, you can pay your open Carestream Dental invoices online via credit card through this service.
Why should I log in or create an account ?
If you are already a Carestream Dental user, creating a login will allow you to make manual credit card payments to open invoices.
Where do I find my Account ID ?
Your Carestream Dental account ID is located in the license information screen of your practice management system software. Use the Help, About menu option to find this information. It is labeled Customer ID or Support ID, and has the following format: two numeric digits followed by a period, followed by two or more alpha-numeric digits (such as 12.34567A).

Your account ID can also be found on your monthly invoices or statements listed as customer code.
How long will it take for my payment to process ?
You can expect your payment to process, and your account status to be updated within 24 hours. After that period, if your account status has not been updated, please contact our Customer Care department at 1.800.800.9511 (option 4).
Can I make payments via automatic deductions from my checking account ?
Yes, please contact our Customer Care department at 1.800.800.9511 (option 4).
Can I make payments for future invoices ?
No, you may only pay existing open invoices that appear on your account through the portal.
Can I update my credit card on file for future automatic payment of invoices ?
No, at this time the portal will only accept manual payment of open invoices. The next phase of the portal will allow you to manage your payment method and set up recurring payments. Please call Customer Care at 1.800.800.9511 (option 4) to update your credit card on file.
I forgot my password. What do I do ?
Please contact Customer Care at 1.800.800.9511 (option 4), and ask for your Customer Portal password to be reset.
What is the CVV code ?
The Card Verification Value or Code (CVV or CVC), sometimes called the Card Security Code (CSC), is a security feature for credit or debit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud. This is usually a 3 or 4 digit number, printed on your credit/debit card, seperate from the card number. Please consult the following images for guidence on locating this code.
